Online account deletion (web)

Visit our dedicated account deletion page at https://prod.mypct.health/account/delete, then:

  1. Enter the email address registered to your account.
  2. Verify your identity using your account password or a one-time verification code sent to your email.
  3. Review the warnings, optionally provide a reason for leaving, and confirm that you understand deletion is permanent.
  4. Submit your account deletion request.

While signed in to the web application

If you are already signed in, go to Settings → Danger Zone at https://prod.mypct.health/app/settings/danger-zone and select Delete account to permanently delete your account.

Email request

Contact us at support@mypct.io with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address registered to your account.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or de-identify personal information where legally permitted.

Certain information, including healthcare records, audit logs, security records, billing records, and information required for legal or regulatory compliance, may be retained for periods required by applicable law.

Deletion of an account does not necessarily result in deletion of healthcare records that must be retained under legal or regulatory requirements.

Subject to applicable law, users may have the right to:
